Role Description
The full-time Branch Manager (PSF) role is an on-site position based in Noida. The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading and managing branch operations, driving sales performance, and achieving business targets. Core responsibilities include developing business strategies, mentoring and guiding the team, managing client relationships, ensuring compliance, tracking performance metrics, and preparing detailed reports. The role requires active collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to optimize resources and deliver exceptional service to clients.

- Sales and Business Development: Proven ability in driving sales, achieving targets, and expanding customer acquisition efforts.
- Leadership and Team Management: Strong experience in leading teams, mentoring employees, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Operational Excellence: Skills in branch operations, performance tracking, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Adaptability and Problem-solving: Ability to navigate complex challenges and implement effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in software and tools for business management is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications in insurance or finance are advantageous.
