Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager - MBL, located in Vellore. The role entails leading branch operations to achieve business objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, driving sales for retail and MSME banking products, ensuring compliance with bank policies, and managing a team to achieve set targets. The Branch Manager plays a key role in building customer relationships and contributing to the growth of the bank within the region.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Branch Operations, Customer Relationship Management, and Team Leadership
- Proven skills in Sales and Business Development, particularly in Retail and MSME banking
- Understanding of Compliance, Risk Management, and Financial Governance
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities
- Knowledge of banking technology and digital solutions to streamline branch processes
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Business Administration, Finance, or any related field
- Prior experience in managing branch operations or a similar managerial role is preferred
