Key Responsibilities
- Own complete monthly business targets
- Drive volume generation through walk-ins, referrals, data leads, and field activities.
- Ensure closure of big-ticket customers and high-value business.
- Monitor daily business numbers and close gaps proactively.
- Lead and monitor branch executives.
- Conduct daily morning meetings and end-of-day reviews.
- Personally handle key customers and negotiations.
- Conduct customer visits for high-value or sensitive cases.
- Strengthen local references, tie-ups, and networking.
- Coordinate with operations executive for documentation, settlements, and closures.
- Maintain branch discipline, cash safety, gold safety, and audit readiness.
- Ensure zero deviation and zero customer complaints.
- Plan and execute local marketing activities in the branch catchment area.
- Monitor field marketing effectiveness and lead quality.
- Promote ongoing offers, campaigns, and schemes.
- Submit daily and monthly business performance reports.
