Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager Forex, located in Mohpa. Responsibilities include overseeing daily branch operations, managing relationships with channel partners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving the sales of forex products such as currency notes, travel cards, and money transfer services. The role also entails managing a team, achieving financial targets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and operational management skills
- Proven expertise in sales, customer relationship management, and achieving financial targets
- Understanding of forex products, exchange rates, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Experience in financial or forex services is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
