Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad for a Branch Manager specializing in Gold Loans. As a Branch Manager, you will oversee daily branch operations, lead and motivate the branch team, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. You will manage customer relationships, assess and approve gold loan applications, ensure adherence to risk management policies, and address customer queries effectively. Additionally, you will develop strategies to enhance branch performance, maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines, and provide leadership to ensure excellence in customer service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, team leadership, and business development
- Proficiency in sales, customer relationship management, and achieving financial targets
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of financial services, specifically gold loan products
- Ability to analyze financial documentation and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience in leading teams and working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with software and tools related to loan management and data entry
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Experience in the gold loan segment or financial services sector is an added advantage
