Job Summary:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales performance, student satisfaction, and team management of the branch. The role requires strong leadership, business development skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth while maintaining academic excellence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Branch Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations ensuring smooth functioning
- Maintain high standards of infrastructure, discipline, and student experience
- Ensure adherence to company policies and processes
2. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Drive admissions and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase enrollments
- Monitor conversion ratios and improve sales performance
3. Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales, academic, and support staff
- Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and team meetings
- Ensure proper manpower planning and staff productivity
4. Student & Parent Engagement
- Ensure high levels of student and parent satisfaction
- Handle escalations and resolve complaints effectively
- Build strong relationships to enhance retention and referrals
5. Business Development
- Identify new growth opportunities in the local market
- Build partnerships with schools, coaching centers, and local networks
- Plan and execute promotional activities, seminars, and events
6. Reporting & Compliance
- Track and report branch performance (sales, collections, expenses)
- Maintain MIS reports and share insights with senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Key Requirements:
- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- Experience:5–10 years of experience in sales/operations
- Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership/branch handling role
- Experience in education industry / coaching institutes preferred
