Job details:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Drive branch targets for gold loan disbursements and cross-selling of financial products.
- Execute local marketing activities and "below-the-line" (BTL) campaigns to increase walk-ins.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNI) and local traders.
2. Operations & Risk Management
- Oversee the end-to-end gold loan process: valuation, documentation, and disbursement.
- Ensure 100% compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and KYC norms.
- Maintain the security of pledged gold ornaments and manage the safe-custody process.
- Monitor and manage timely interest collections and minimize NPAs through effective follow-ups.
3. Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate a team of CCEs and Gold Appraisers to achieve collective branch goals.
- Conduct daily morning huddles and weekly performance reviews.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and quick grievance redressal.
