- Drive branch liability and asset growth including CASA, Retail Loans, and Third-party products.
- Achieve branch revenue, profitability, and cross-sell targets.
- Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and wallet share.
- Promote products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, and Wealth products.
- Build and maintain relationships with HNI, SME, and retail customers.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling banking products.
- Conduct customer meetings and participate in local business development activities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of branch operations and service delivery.
- Monitor cash management, transaction processing, and service standards.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Lead, mentor, and manage branch staff including Relationship Managers, Operations staff, and Sales executives.
- Set performance targets and monitor team productivity.
- Conduct training and coaching for team development.
- Ensure strict adherence to KYC, AML, RBI regulations, and internal compliance policies.
- Monitor operational risks and ensure audit readiness.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Address customer grievances and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain strong customer engagement and retention.
