Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Achieve branch sales targets (premium, policies, revenue).
- Drive growth through the agency channel by expanding advisor base.
- Develop and implement local sales strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance.
- Train and mentor agents on products, sales techniques, and compliance.
- Support agents in client acquisition and closing sales.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team (Sales Managers, Advisors).
- Set targets and track performance of individual team members.
- Foster a high-performance and ethical sales culture.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve escalated customer issues efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting.
- Oversee smooth branch operations and coordination with backend teams
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify new business opportunities in the local market.
