Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner.
Roles & Responsibility:
1. Business Growth & Sales
- Drive sales of banking products including CASA, Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, and Investment Products.
- Achieve branch business targets for deposits, advances, and cross-sell products.
- Develop and execute local business strategies to increase branch profitability.
- Acquire new customers through NTB (New-to-Bank) acquisition initiatives.
2. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage branch staff including Relationship Managers, Sales Officers, and Operations staff.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of individual and branch targets.
- Conduct regular training and performance reviews.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with HNI and mass affluent customers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and prompt resolution of complaints.
- Promote customer engagement and retention initiatives.
4. Operations & Compliance
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations ensuring adherence to bank policies.
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, internal audit, and risk management policies.
- Monitor cash management, KYC compliance, and operational risk controls.
5. Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities in the local market.
- Build relationships with corporates, SMEs, and local business communities.
