Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner.
Primary Responsibility:
- Developing and implementing strategies to achieve key operational goals for the branch
- Overseeing the hiring, training, and supervision of all branch staff
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with individual or business customers and providing assistance with problems these customers may encounter
- Examining, evaluating, and processing loan applications
- Ensuring the branch meets all regulatory and compliance requirements
- Promoting and selling bank products and services to attract new customers
- Monitoring and managing the branch’s financial performance
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Assessing market conditions and identifying current and prospective sales opportunities
- Conducting regular sales and operations meetings to ensure branch staff are well informed and motivated
