Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Drive branch business targets for liabilities, assets, and third-party products.
- Acquire new customers for CASA (Current Account & Savings Account), loans, and wealth products.
- Identify opportunities to increase branch profitability.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual branch targets.
- Promote cross-selling of banking products such as loans, insurance, and investment products.
- Monitor sales pipeline and ensure conversion of leads.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of branch operations.
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor cash management and security processes.
- Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff including relationship managers, operations staff, and sales executives.
- Conduct performance reviews and training sessions.
- Build a high-performance sales culture within the branch.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and ensure service excellence.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal audit standards.
- Monitor operational risk and implement control measures.
- Handle audit observations and ensure timely closure.
