Note: This is a requirement for one of the Workassist Hiring Partner.
Primary Responsibility
Lead and manage overall branch operations, drive business growth, ensure high-quality customer acquisition, and achieve sales and service targets while maintaining operational efficiency and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily guidance and support to Branch Operations Managers (BOMs) and Branch Sales Managers (BSMs), and conduct weekly performance reviews with Sales Officers (JOs).
- Conduct daily morning huddles to communicate business goals, sales plans, and operational priorities to branch staff.
- Ensure proper onboarding and seamless activation of all newly acquired customers in compliance with bank policies.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives to achieve a minimum of three product sales per customer within 90 days of account opening.
- Monitor and track branch performance metrics including:
- Inflow and outflow reports
- Account closures
- Fixed Deposit (FD) renewals and closures
- Overdue FDs
- Locker occupancy
- Daily sales and business generation
- Maintain high-quality customer acquisition through effective sourcing mix and adherence to onboarding standards.
- Regularly review and monitor Daily Sales Reports (DSRs) to ensure performance targets are met.
- Oversee lead management processes, ensuring proper allocation, follow-up, and timely closure of leads.
- Identify and tap new markets or customer segments within the branch catchment area to expand the Granular Liability (GL) base and drive business growth.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, operational policies, and customer service standards.
