Role Description
We are seeking a full-time on-site Branch Manager for our Lucknow location. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, develop and lead a high-performing team, drive sales growth, and establish strong relationships with clients and developers. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth workflow, achieving business objectives, managing branch sales strategies, and maintaining compliance with company policies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in motivating and leading diverse teams.
- Strong sales skills, including the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
- Solid understanding of the real estate industry, with experience in residential, retail, or office space consulting being advantageous.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and implement actionable strategies to drive performance improvements.
- Proficiency in office tools, CRM systems, and process management workflows suitable for branch operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience in branch or operations management within the real estate or consulting industry is preferred.
