Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Kolhapur. The Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, including customer acquisition, loan disbursement, and relationship management. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the branch team, achieving business targets, managing compliance with regulatory and company standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role also involves fostering customer relationships, assessing risk, and driving sustainable growth for the branch while adhering to Vastu’s vision and values.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and mentor branch staff effectively
• Knowledge of financial products, lending practices, and housing finance operations
• Proficiency in relationship management with clients and stakeholders
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, especially regarding financial assessment and risk evaluation
• Ability to meet business targets while adhering to compliance and governance frameworks
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with technology, including financial tools and platforms
• Experience in the housing finance sector or financial services is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is advantageous)
