Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role located in Ramanagara. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service. Responsibilities include managing loan disbursement processes, monitoring branch performance, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Branch Manager will play a key role in expanding customer relationships and fostering business growth in the local community.
Qualifications
- Experience in team leadership, branch operations, and performance management
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of financial services, affordable housing finance, and banking operations
- Competence in planning, sales strategy, and achieving business targets
- Proficiency in using financial software tools and data analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the housing finance or banking industry is preferred
- Ability to adapt and maintain strong performance under pressure
