Role Description
We are hiring a full-time, on-site Branch Manager for our operations in India. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day branch activities, ensuring efficient service delivery in facility management operations. Responsibilities include supervising teams, managing client relationships, preparing reports, strategizing operational improvements, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. The role also involves team training, budget management, and continuous improvement of branch performance.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management experience, including team supervision, mentorship, and performance evaluation.
- Operational and Project Management skills with a focus on site management, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Customer Relationship and Communication skills for managing client interactions and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Facility Management knowledge, including Repair & Maintenance (R&M), AMC, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Data Analysis and Report Preparation skills to identify improvement areas and track operational performance efficiently.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and time management to handle branch-level challenges effectively.
- Familiarity with safety, compliance, and regulatory standards relevant to facility management and corporate services.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Experience in facility management or a similar role is highly preferred.
