Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Goa, India. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, drive sales growth, manage customer relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. The role includes supervising staff, developing and implementing effective business strategies, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The individual will also monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills to supervise branch operations and guide staff effectively
- Sales and business development experience to drive growth and achieve financial targets
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for financial performance monitoring and strategy development
- Knowledge of the financial sector, including NBFC operations, loan products, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are advantageous
