Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Dindigul. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, ensure the achievement of sales and operational targets, and manage and mentor the branch team. The role involves business development activities, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring top-notch customer service. Additionally, the Branch Manager will be responsible for implementing company policies and compliance processes to ensure smooth functioning of the branch.

- Customer service and relationship management abilities to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proficiency in operational and administrative activities, including compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
- Ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and customers within local communities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is required; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in the banking, housing finance, or financial services industry preferred.
