We'e Hiring : Branch Manager for Affordable LAP/Micro LAP Business.
We are expanding our Branches Affordable LAP Business and looking for an experienced Branch Manager across multiple locations in South Gujarat.
Open Locations : Surat / Vadodara/ Vapi / Bharuch
🎯 Key Responsibilities :
✓ Drive Affordable LAP & Business Loan business through direct sourcing and through team of On-roll executive/DST
✓ Manage End-to-end process: Login - Sanction - Disbursement
✓ Build Strong network with DST and Open Market along with connectors
✓ Lead and manage Sales Team
✓ Achieve Monthly Targets
👤 Candidate Profile :
✓ 2 to 5+ years experience in LAP/Mortgage/Secured Loan/ Business Loan
✓ Strong local market knowledge
✓ DST network preferred
✓ Leadership and Target Driven Approach
