Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Branch Manager located in Pune. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensure smooth execution of services, and drive business development efforts. Responsibilities include managing teams, building client relationships, planning logistics, monitoring targets, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for budget management, reporting to senior leadership, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in operations management, logistics, and process improvement
- Experience in client relationship management and business development
- Communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of corporate transportation, car rental services, and trading processes is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet goals
