Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Salem. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and manage the branch team, ensure achievement of sales goals, and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include supervising staff performance, implementing business strategies, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
