Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Salem. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, lead and manage the sales team, develop and implement growth strategies, and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance partners. Additional responsibilities include driving business development, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting sales targets, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management skills to guide and motivate staff effectively
- Sales and Business Development expertise to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Customer Relationship Management and Client Servicing skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Knowledge of Insurance Products and Industry Regulations
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities to handle challenges and implement solutions efficiently
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in a management or leadership role in the insurance sector is a strong advantage
