Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager with Securus Insurance Brokers in Trivandrum. The Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, drive business growth, manage client relationships, and ensure service excellence. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, leading and motivating the branch team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing the company at various professional and industry events. The role also requires the development and execution of business strategies to enhance client satisfaction and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leadership, team management, and business development
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products such as Employee Benefits, Property & Engineering, Financial Lines, Marine Cargo, and others
- Strong client relationship management skills and ability to customize insurance programs
- Proficiency in analyzing risks and negotiating rates, terms, and conditions with insurance companies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Result-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving growth
- Knowledge of the insurance industry regulatory framework
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field; professional certifications, such as III or IRDA certifications, are a plus
- Experience working in a similar leadership role in the insurance or financial services sector is highly desirable
