Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role located in Jaipur. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure team performance meets organizational objectives, and build relationships with clients to drive business growth. Responsibilities will include managing staff, optimizing operational efficiency, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing financial reports, overseeing budgets, and identifying opportunities for increased profitability.

- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in operational management, financial planning, and budget oversight
- Proficiency in strategic planning, performance optimization, and client relationship management
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends, revenue optimization, and customer experience strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to motivate and lead teams towards achieving business goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the hospitality or service industry is an advantage
