We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations and drive sales of IT products and solutions. The candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, managing teams, and expanding business in networking and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily branch operations
- Drive sales of IT products, networking, and cybersecurity solutions
- Achieve revenue targets and ensure business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead, mentor, and monitor team performance
- Coordinate with internal teams for solution delivery
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Prepare and present performance and sales reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (Branch Manager / Sales & Operations)
- Preference for candidates from similar industry (IT, Networking, Cybersecurity, System Integration)
- Hands-on experience in networking, IT infrastructure, or technology solutions sales
- Strong understanding of products/solutions such as networking, firewalls, cloud, virtualization, or managed services
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with strong business development ability
