Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading branch operations, managing sales teams, and driving business development. Key duties include achieving sales targets, mentoring and motivating team members, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing client relationships, and implementing strategies to improve overall branch performance. The role demands strategic planning, teamwork, and effective execution to ensure the growth and success of the branch.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development within the insurance or financial services industry
- Leadership and Team Management skills, with experience in mentoring and motivating teams
- Customer Relationship Management and excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Planning and Organizational abilities to drive branch-level performance and meet business goals
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills to manage branch operations efficiently
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to track performance and make informed decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
- Experience in working in a target-driven environment is highly desirable
