Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Hyderabad Area and Andhra Pradesh, responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of a Pinnacle Blooms Network® center. This role oversees service delivery, scheduling, and center performance, ensuring that therapeutic sessions are aligned with Pinnacle Developmental OS® protocols and quality standards. The Branch Manager leads and mentors multidisciplinary teams, coordinates with therapists and support staff, and maintains a client-centered environment that is safe, inclusive, and data-driven. Key responsibilities include monitoring operational metrics, managing budgets and resources, handling local compliance and documentation, and collaborating with central leadership to meet growth, impact, and regulatory goals. The role also involves engaging with families, community stakeholders, and local institutions to build trust, increase awareness, and support expansion of human development infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
✅ Manage day-to-day branch operations and lead the branch team
✅ Deliver an exceptional patient and family experience
✅ Receive NCC-routed leads, convert them into centre visits and admissions, and track progress in the CRM
✅ Ensure continuity of enrolled families through timely renewals, fee collection, drop-out prevention, and re-engagement initiatives
✅ Drive customer satisfaction, admissions, and retention
✅ Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and smooth centre functioning
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (commerce / arts / hospitality / healthcare / sales
administration preferred).
• Fluency in English plus Telugu and/or Hindi (centre-language-appropriate).
• Demonstrated customer service orientation; warm, premium-healthcare-grade
demeanour.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools).
• Willingness to complete GPT-OS® Administrator Orientation within 15 days of joining.
- 1–3 years experience in front office, customer service, healthcare administration, or
hospitality.
• Lead conversion and sales experience.
• Familiarity with healthcare service delivery environments.
