Role Description:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales performance, and academic delivery of the center. The Branch Manager will lead and manage the branch activities. The role involves leading the team, driving student admissions, ensuring high-quality training, and maintaining customer satisfaction while achieving business targets.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
Drive student admissions and achieve revenue targets
Lead and manage sales, academic, and administrative teams
Develop local marketing strategies to generate leads
Maintain high standards of training delivery and student satisfaction
Supervising daily operations, maintaining high-efficiency levels, and managing the branch budget, including expense control and revenue forecasting.
Driving business development, setting and achieving sales targets, and implementing strategies to increase market share and customer base.
Training, motivating, and evaluating staff performance, fostering a positive work environment, and managing scheduling.
Qualification:
* 5+ proven experience in Business development, Client Acquisition, supervisory roles
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field (MBA preferred)
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to handle escalations and conflict resolutions
* Ability to plan and execute local marketing and outreach activities
* Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skill
* Problem Solving and Decision making Capability
