Role Description
Niwas Housing Finance Limited is seeking a Branch Manager for its Nagpur location. This is a full-time, on-site role where the Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, drive branch performance, and ensure profitability. Responsibilities include managing a team, setting sales targets, analyzing market trends, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations. The Branch Manager will also be tasked with developing local business strategies, strengthening community relations, and ensuring timely loan disbursements while maintaining high portfolio quality.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with sales planning, target setting, and achieving business goals.
- Excellent understanding of financial products, branch operations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and developing branch-level strategies.
- Familiarity with housing finance solutions and lending operations is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the financial services industry.
