Job Title: Branch Manager – Sales & Operations
Location: NDMIT, Agra
Experience Required: 2–5 years (Education/Training Institute preferred)
Job Description:NDMIT is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager – Sales & Operations who can manage branch operations as well as sales and admissions activities. The candidate will be responsible for overall branch performance, revenue growth, team management, and student satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Branch Operations & Management:
- Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth daily functioning
- Supervise academic, admin, and support staff
- Maintain discipline, work culture, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Handle student and parent concerns professionally
- Coordinate with Head Office and submit regular reports
Sales & Admissions Management:
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve admission targets
- Lead the admissions and counseling team
- Generate, track, and convert leads into admissions
- Monitor daily sales performance and revenue
- Conduct follow-ups with inquiries and walk-in students
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities
Team Leadership & Reporting:
- Train, motivate, and monitor team performance
- Set targets and review individual and team performance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Analyze sales data and suggest improvements
Skills Required:- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with operational understanding
- Ability to handle pressure and targets
- Good planning, reporting, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of education/training institute operations preferred
