Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager based in Vidisha. The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving sales targets, managing a team to achieve business targets, identifying and converting sales opportunities, monitoring and mentoring the sales team, and maintaining excellent customer service. The Branch Manager will collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless experience for customers and assist in implementing company strategies effectively.
Qualifications
- 4 Years exposure in Field Sales from Mortgage/Home Loan.
- Minimum graduation required
- Lead generation & Quality sourcing line with the credit policy.
