Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall branch operations for the LAP business.
Drive business growth by achieving branch sales and disbursement targets.
Build, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
Source and develop new business through direct sales, channel partners, and referrals.
Ensure quality sourcing, portfolio management, and compliance with company policies.
Monitor branch productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Collections teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
