Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the Kochi centre. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, including managing staff schedules, monitoring classroom activities, and ensuring high-quality service delivery for learners. The Branch Manager will lead local marketing initiatives, build relationships with students and partners, and drive enrolment growth in coordination with head office. Daily responsibilities include supervising administrative processes, tracking performance metrics, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and academic standards. The role also involves mentoring team members, resolving escalations, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance learner experience and branch performance.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including staff supervision, performance monitoring, and coaching.
- Experience in branch or operations management, preferably in education, training, or professional coaching environments.
- Proficiency in business development and local marketing, with the ability to drive enrolments and build institutional partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with learners, trainers, and stakeholders.
- Capability in planning, budgeting, and basic financial oversight to manage branch resources efficiently.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Comfort with digital tools, learning platforms, and basic data reporting for operational and academic tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, management, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in test preparation, language training, or healthcare education will be considered beneficial.
