Role Description
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards, managing staff performance, and driving business growth through strategic planning and customer acquisition. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dhule. The role involves leading the team to meet sales and service targets, managing credit evaluation processes, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the financial health of the branch.
Qualifications
- Experience in branch management, team leadership, and business development
- Knowledge of retail financial products, credit assessment, and lending processes
- Strong understanding of operations, compliance, and regulatory frameworks within the financial services sector
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis and risk management
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Prior experience in banking, finance, or NBFC roles is a significant advantage
