Role Description
Lyra Salon Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for our Kochi location. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will oversee daily operations, lead and motivate the team, ensure compliance with quality and customer service standards, and implement strategies to achieve business goals. Responsibilities also include managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, scheduling staff, and creating a positive and productive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Team leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising staff and fostering a collaborative work culture
- Strong organizational and operational management abilities, including resource allocation, scheduling, and time management
- Customer service and client relationship management expertise, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction
- Financial management skills, such as budgeting, reporting, and meeting performance targets
- Ability to resolve conflicts, problem-solve efficiently, and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
- Knowledge of beauty and salon services, including industry standards and trends, is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
