Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role based in Vrindavan. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing a team, achieving business targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. The responsibilities include managing loan approval processes, monitoring collections, driving business growth, maintaining compliance with regulatory and organizational policies, and building strong customer relationships.

- Strong leadership and team management skills to encourage growth and performance within the branch.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management to build and maintain strong client connections.
- Expertise in financial services, risk assessment, and loan processing.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making capabilities.
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and the NBFC industry.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Prior experience in branch management or a similar role within the financial industry.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
