Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role located in Porbandar. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all daily branch operations, managing the sales and customer service teams, developing and implementing strategies to achieve business targets, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations. Additionally, the role involves maintaining customer relationships, supervising loan disbursements, addressing customer queries, and ensuring timely repayment collections.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, with experience in motivating and guiding teams to achieve targets.
- Banking and NBFC experience, preferably in areas of sales, business development, loan disbursement, and asset finance.
- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risk and implement effective solutions.
- Proficiency in communication, report preparation, and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience managing an on-site branch location will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of the local market in Porbandar and understanding of SME/MSME business needs is a strong plus.
