Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in the Pune Division. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff performance, ensure excellent customer service, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include compliance with operational standards, optimizing branch profitability, monitoring inventory, and fostering a collaborative work culture. The manager will also strategize for continuous improvement and address customer and employee concerns effectively.
Qualifications
- Leadership skills, team management, and staff supervision experience
- Customer service and relationship management abilities
- Operational planning, inventory management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is beneficial
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
