Location: Perumbavoor | Kattapana | Marayur | Payyannur | Kollam | Koyilandy | Vaikom | Rajakkad | Thiruvalla | Kunnamkulam | Koorkkenchery | Venjaramoodu | Kalpetta | Kanhangad
🔹 Role: Branch Manager
🔹 Experience: 3+ years in Banking / NBFC
🔹 Work Mode: On-site
🔹 Openings: Kerala (Multiple Location)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Drive branch business growth and recovery targets
✔ Oversee branch operations, compliance, and daily controls
✔ Manage customer relationships and grievance handling
✔ Lead branch administration, audits, and statutory requirements
✔ Authorize transactions, monitor funds movement, and ensure process adherence
✔ Support business development through customer engagement and branch promotion
Preferred Background:
✅ Experience in Gold Loans, Business Loans, Vehicle Loans, NCD and related products
✅ Strong branch operations and team leadership exposure
✅ Malayalam language proficiency is mandatory
✅ Knowledge of financial systems and branch-level controls
