Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Koothattukulam. The Branch Manager will oversee the overall operations, including planning, coordinating, and supervising business activities. Core responsibilities include ensuring operational efficiency, managing a team to achieve sales and growth targets, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering a positive work environment. The role also entails financial planning, reporting, and ensuring that the branch meets its strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Proven experience in operational management and financial planning
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and fostering client satisfaction
- Analytical problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Competency in planning and executing strategies to meet sales and growth targets
- Knowledge or experience in infrastructure and development projects is a plus
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
