We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our sales operations in the White Glue / Wood Adhesives segment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive branch sales performance
- Develop and expand dealer & distributor network
- Lead and mentor the sales team
- Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets
- Strengthen market presence in plywood, laminate & furniture segments
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
👤 Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 6–10 years of experience in adhesives / plywood / laminate industry
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Good market knowledge of respective territory
- Proven track record in sales growth
