We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead end-to-end branch operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional student outcomes. This role is critical in managing admissions, academics, placements, and overall branch profitability while delivering a great learner experience.

Key Responsibilities

💼 Business & Revenue Ownership

• Drive admissions, conversions, and revenue growth
• Own P&L, monitor costs, and improve profitability
• Ensure achievement of branch targets and capacity utilization

🎓 Academic & Batch Management

• Maintain strong batch performance (attendance, engagement, outcomes)
• Reduce dropouts and improve learner success

🎯 Placements & Student Success

• Ensure timely student placements and career outcomes
• Work closely with placement teams to improve results

🤝 Student Experience & Engagement

• Handle student feedback, grievances, and escalations
• Build strong student relationships and drive referrals

⚙️ Operations & Team Management

• Oversee daily branch operations and resource utilization
• Ensure SOP adherence, process efficiency, and smooth execution

📊 Financial Control & Compliance

• Manage expenses, collections, and financial discipline
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and audits
