We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead end-to-end branch operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional student outcomes. This role is critical in managing admissions, academics, placements, and overall branch profitability while delivering a great learner experience.
Key Responsibilities
💼 Business & Revenue Ownership
- Drive admissions, conversions, and revenue growth
- Own P&L, monitor costs, and improve profitability
- Ensure achievement of branch targets and capacity utilization
🎓 Academic & Batch Management
- Maintain strong batch performance (attendance, engagement, outcomes)
- Reduce dropouts and improve learner success
🎯 Placements & Student Success
- Ensure timely student placements and career outcomes
- Work closely with placement teams to improve results
🤝 Student Experience & Engagement
- Handle student feedback, grievances, and escalations
- Build strong student relationships and drive referrals
⚙️ Operations & Team Management
- Oversee daily branch operations and resource utilization
- Ensure SOP adherence, process efficiency, and smooth execution
📊 Financial Control & Compliance
- Manage expenses, collections, and financial discipline
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and audits
