Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager, located in Ghaziabad. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage branch staff, and ensure goals for training programs and placements are met. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to achieve branch targets, maintaining relationships with corporate partners, coordinating faculty and resources for programs, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role also involves addressing the needs of students and ensuring a high-quality training experience.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills to efficiently oversee branch staff and their performance
- Strong communication and relationship management skills to build and maintain relationships with corporate partners
- Ability to strategize and execute operational plans to meet branch goals and targets
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address unforeseen challenges effectively
- Previous experience in education or training sectors is highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in using business tools such as CRM software, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
