Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role, located in Nagpur Rural. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, drive sales initiatives, and manage a team to achieve business targets. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines. Effective leadership and the ability to motivate the team are key components of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide subordinates effectively.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- Sales and target-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving branch performance goals.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities to interpret business data and improve branch performance.
- Experience in financial products, insurance, or a related industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance in the financial sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools, is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required; a master's degree or professional certification in Insurance or Finance is an added benefit.
