Role Description
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch located in Tirupati. This is a full-time, on-site role where the manager will lead a team to achieve sales and service targets, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain strong customer relationships. Key responsibilities include managing team performance, ensuring operational excellence, resolving customer queries, and meeting financial goals. The Branch Manager will also identify business growth opportunities and lead initiatives to drive success.
Qualifications
- Team management, leadership, and employee mentoring skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze financial data, sales performance, and market trends
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Experience in the financial services or housing loan industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for reporting and operational management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Managing End to End (Sales, Credit & Collections)
