Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Branch Manager located in Mumbai. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, managing a motivated team, and achieving business targets. Key responsibilities include leading sales strategies, developing business growth plans, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves administrative duties such as monitoring staff performance, managing budgets, and addressing operational challenges to ensure the smooth running of the branch.

- Business development and strategic planning abilities to create and implement effective growth strategies.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and communication to build and sustain client trust.
- Organizational skills for efficient branch operations and administrative tasks, including budgeting and compliance monitoring.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and familiarity with protection, savings, investment, and pension products is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred, with prior experience in management or financial services roles being an asset.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
