Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Amritsar. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage and mentor staff members, strategize to achieve recruitment goals, and maintain strong relationships with both students and international institution partners. The role involves conducting and supervising counselling sessions with students, ensuring a high standard of customer service, managing administrative processes, and implementing business strategies to promote the growth and success of the branch.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide and support staff effectively.
- Proficiency in customer relations and communication, with demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build positive relationships.
- Experience in developing and executing strategies in business development, performance management, and achieving growth targets.
- Ability to oversee administrative tasks, analyze data, and ensure operational efficiency and adherence to organizational goals.
- Knowledge of international education systems and visa processes is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing a study abroad consultancy or related domain is an advantage.
