Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Varanasi for a Branch Manager at Generali Central Insurance. The Branch Manager will oversee and manage the operations of the branch, ensuring profitability and efficiency. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the branch team, developing and implementing business strategies, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves analyzing market conditions, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in team leadership, staff development, and operational management
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills
- Experience in effective sales management and client relationship building
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with insurance products, regulations, and market trends
- Proven ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
