Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Branch Manager will lead a team to achieve sales targets, oversee daily branch operations, and ensure the seamless delivery of services to customers. Responsibilities also include training and motivating the team, developing business plans, ensuring compliance with company policies, and building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, business development, and achieving revenue targets.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and the ability to ensure excellent customer service.
- Effective problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and strategic thinking.
- Familiarity with the life insurance or financial services sector is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clear and professional interactions.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
